Laal maas instructions

  1. Soak whole red chilli in a cup of water and grind it..
  2. Dry roast whole coriander seeds,cumin seeds,cinnamon,black cardamom,green cardamom,mace,cloves and blend it..
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker..
  4. Add chopped onion and saute for 4 - 5 mins..
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and roasted spices and mix well.
  6. Add curd and saute for 3 - 4 mins...
  7. Add mutton pieces and salt and mix well..
  8. Cover the lid and pressure cook for 10 mins..
  9. Serve with rice or chapati..
