Paneer Malpua with kesar Rabri instructions
- Take a big mixer jar add mava, paneer, semolina,and maida, cardamom powder, poppy seed powder and milk, sugar blend it and make smooth lumps free batter..
- Now keep batter for about 15 to 20 minutes to rest.
- Take a deep flat pan heat ghee and fry all malpuas..
- In mean while make rabri, boil milk, when reduce more then half, add dry fruits powder and sugar to taste. Rabri is ready..
- Plating:- take a plate pour rabri, keep all malpua in center, pour 1 ladle rabri on malpua, garnish with dry fruits..
