- Take a cooker add ghee bay leaves,cinnamon, raisin, cashew nuts also.stir it for 3 minutes..
- Then add beetroot s and carrots and stir it for 2/3 minutes..
- Now add soaked rice..
- Stir it for 3 minutes then add salt and sugar and water 1and half cup..
- Cover it,wait for 2/ 3 whistle..
- Then it's complete, remove it..
