- You need 2 cups of Biryani Basmati Rice.
- It's 4-5 tsp of Ghee/oil.
- It's 2 of Chopped onions.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 of Chopped tomato.
- You need 1 of Small chopped potato.
- It's 50 gm of Chopped Beans.
- You need 50 gm of Peas.
- You need 1 of Chopped capsicum.

- Prepare 10 of Cashew nuts.

- You need 4 of Bay leaves.
- It's 1 of Blade mace(javitri).

- Take a bowl and soak the 2 cup basmati biryani rice..
- Take a cooker add 2 tblspoon ghee/oil, add 5-6 cloves, 4 green cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon leaves, 2 bay leaves, 1 blade mace javitri, 1 star anise(phool chakri) stir well. Now add the soaked rice and mixed them well. add 2½ cups of water. Cook the rice..
- Take a pan or kadhai, add 3 tblspoon oil,add 1 tspn jeera seeds, 4 cardamom,2 bay leaves,1 cinnamon stick.Add the 2 chopped onions and stir fry. Add 1 small chopped potato and stir fry till the potato becomes half cooked. Add ginger- garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add all chopped vegetables and stir fry till it's half cooked..
- Add the peas and 8-10 cashew nuts and then cook for 1 minute. the 1 chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Add the ¼ tspn turmeric powder, 2 tspn coriander powder,1tspn red chilli powder,1 tspn jeera powder, 2-3 tspn biryani masala and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Add 2-3 tblspoon curd/yoghurt. Mix them well and cook till all vegetables cooked(not too soft). Add the 1 tblspoon coriander leaves and mix them well..
