  2. Add Cinnamon Stick, 2 pepper corns, bay leaf, 1/2 Tsp ghee to boiling water and add rice on high flame. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Lower the flame and cook till rice is 80% cooked. Remove from flame and strain the water. Let rice cool.
  3. Take all the vegetables in a container add curd, kasuri methi, salt, red Chilli Powder, grinded masala, ginger paste, garlic,paste, green Chilli paste,green Chillies, ghee. Dhana Jeera Powder and half fried Onions to it. Mix well and let it rest for 20 to 25 minutes..
  4. Take ghee in a kadai and cook marinated vegetables on medium flame till 70% cooked..
  5. Make a layer of rice on the cook rice layer. Add kewra water and rose water to it. Add 1 tsp saffron water to rice.
  6. Make a ghol by adding following things(1/2 cup water+3/4 cup milk +1 tsp saffron water+ salt+ 1/2 bowl fried Onions +2 tsp Chopped Coriander) mix all in a bowl and pour on the layer of rice.
  7. Cover and cook the biryani for 20 minutes on low flame. Yummy biryani is ready to serve.
