- In a heavy bottom pan put milk to boil..

- Pour the curdled milk in cotton napkin and squeeze to remove all the water from it..
- Gently knead to make dough of that curdled milk. Knead till you get soft non-sticky dough.(for 15-20min) and make small balls of it without any crack..
- Take a pan put sugar and water to boil..
- Put cardmom and balls in it on very low flame..
- Cover the pan and cook for 25-30min..
- Soft rasgullas are ready to serve.Serve it hot or cold as you like..
