Ingredients of Tricolour Fish Samosa
- It's 2 cup of wheat flour(maida).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of oil or ghee.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of boiled tomato & carrot puree.
- It's 2 of boiled potatoes.
- It's to taste of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of mango powder(amchur).
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chat masala.
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It's of few laung.
- Prepare of few chopped coriander leaves.
- It's of oil for frying.

- In a bowl add boiled & mashed potatoes with all the ingredients in it.Mix well.keep it aside..
- Take maida in a bowl..
- Slowly Slowly add oil in it.Mix well..
- Make dough out of it..
- Divide this dough into three equal parts..
- Add tomato & carrot puree in to one part..
- Mix well & make thick dough..
- Add green chutney to other part..
- Mix bhi well..
- Let the remain part as it is.keep aside all the three parts for 15 minutes..
- After 15 minutes,make small balls out of all the three colour dough..
- First take green colour ball on the rolling board & make puri with the help of rolling pin..
- Put some potato stuffing in the centre of it..
- Fold both the sides of puri..
- With the help of knife make cuts in slanted shape.Give it the shape of fish.put one loung on each fish as eyes..
- Do same process with all the other colours of dough..
- Heat oil in a pan or karahi..
- Deep fry all the fishes till they become little brown..
- Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil..
- Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup..
