  1. It's 1 kg of fresh ripe mangoes.
  2. Prepare 100 GMs of sugar.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of condensed milk.
  4. Prepare 200 GMs of fresh cream.
  5. It's as needed of Grated almonds, colourful sewain, choco sewain, Hershey syrup for garnish..

Instant Mango Icecream instructions

  1. Take mangoes, wash, peel them and chop them roughly..
  2. Keep in freezer for 2 hours Then blend these mangoes in a mixer grinder by adding sugar to make a mango purée..
  3. Adjust the sweetness by adding condensed milk accordingly.
  4. Now take 2 empty bowls which should be chilled by keeping in freezer for sometime.
  5. In 1 bowl add 10 ice cubes. Over it keep another bowl and pour chilled fresh cream in it..
  6. Whisk the cream for 2 minutes.Now add this cream in mango batter or purée made already..
  7. Mix everything well..
  8. Now pour this mango creamy batter into air tighten container for about 7-8 hours to set in freezer..
  9. Then take the scoop and serve chilled ice cream in glasses by garnishing according to ur choice.
