  11. Prepare 200 gm of Soya Champ.
  12. You need 3 of Onion sliced.
  13. Prepare 3 of Tomatoes sliced.
  14. It's 1 inch of ginger.
  15. You need 4-5 of garlic cloves.
  16. It's 2 of green cardamoms.
  17. You need 4-5 of cloves.
  18. Prepare 4-5 of black pepper.
  19. You need 2 of Cinnamon sticks.
  20. It's 2-3 of Bay leaves.
  21. It's 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  22. You need 1 tsp of degi mirch.
  23. You need 1/2 tsp of dhania( coriander) powder.
  24. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  25. You need 1 tsp of honey.
  26. You need 1 tbsp of cream for garnish.
  27. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Butter.

Veg Chicken Tikka Masala Soya step by step

  1. For the Tikka Chap Take curds and mix all the dry ingredients and mustard oil and mix well..
  2. Add the chap pieces and mix well..
  3. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours..
  4. In a grill pan add oil and place the tikka pieces..
  5. . Cook on low flame till both sides are cooked well..
  6. For Gravy.... In a kadhai add onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, whole garam masala, tej patta and butter..
  7. Add degi and mix well..
  8. Add butter saute for 5-6 minutes and add a cup of water and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes or till tomatoes are soft..
  9. Grind the above and and strain it well..
  10. In a pan add the gravy and add butter to it. Add salt and honey and mix well..
  11. Take a boil. In a vagar pan add ghee and add red chilli powder and dhania powder..
  12. Add this to the gravy..
  13. Finally add kasuri methi and add the pieces of tikka chap..
  14. Serve with rice or roti or paratha..
