- You need of semolina.

Peas Uttapam step by step
- Grind peas, ginger and green chilli coarsely in a mixer..
- Transfer it in a mixing bowl..
- Add semolina, curd, black pepper, chaat masala and salt and mix well..
- Set its consistency by adding water. Add chopped coriander leaves. Now add soda bicarb and mix gently in one direction only..
- Heat non stick griddle and put few drops of cooking oil and add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped 5-6 pieces of tomatoes and immediately add a ladle full of mixture and spread with the help of spatula. Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle few drops of cooking Oil around uttapam..
- Flip the side and cook from the other side also for 2 minutes..
