- Firstly, boil potatoes, peel and roast baby potatoes on medium flame untill golden crisp.. prick potatoes with toothpick..
- Take a heavy bottom kadai add oil fry cumin seeds, add onion sliced fry till translucent now add tomato pure cook for few minutes. Add curd marination mix well cook for 7-8 minutes. Add boiled fried prick baby potatoes mix well in gravy covered kadai for 10 minutes..
