- Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add chopped vegetables and cook till tender add soaked and drained soya chunks cook fir few more time.add salt,red chilli powder and 1tsp biryani masala.switch off the gas.kerp it cool..
- Add heated curd and mix well keep aside..
- Now mix all ingredients of dough and knead it a firm dough.kerp aside for 20 minutes.Take a big ball of dough and flatten it in a thick but big chapati..
- Grease oil ina oven proof dish,sprinkle kalonji seeds. Put the chapati on it and set with light hands in the dish..
