- You need 3/4 cup of split black lentils (urad dal).
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger- garlic- green chilli paste.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander leaves (daniya patti).

- First wash and soak urad dal in a bowl for 3 hours. After drain well and blend with greenchilles add very little water in a mixer..
- Transfer the dal mixture into a bowl add ginger-garlic paste, hing, salt mix well..
- Wet a deep ladle with water pour 1 tbsp batter in it add stuffing in the centre and pour 1 more tbsp batter over it, drop it in hot oil for deep fry,till golden brown in colour..
