  1. Boil the potatoes, peel it and cut into cubes. Grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli and make a smooth paste. Heat mustard oil, add all the tadka ingredients. When mustard seeds start crackle, add tomato paste. Let it cook for some time, till the raw smell of tomatoes gone..
  2. Now add all the spice masalas to hung curd except garam masala and mix it well. Add this hung curd mix to tomato paste in low flame, mix it well. Let it cook for some time, now add garam masala.
