- It's 1 kg of carrot.
- Prepare 150 gms of khowa kheer.
- Prepare 2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 75 gms of coconut powder.
- It's 200-250 gm of Sugar.
- You need as required of Dry fruits.
- It's 4 tbsp of Ghee.

- Take a kadhai add 2 tbsp ghee, Now add grated carrot and mix well and cook it for few minutes..

- After a few minutes add coconut powder mix well and cook it..
- Grease the serving plate with ghee..
- Add the mixture onto the plate and set with a spatula. Sprinkle dry fruits cut into small pieces and spread on it..
- Keep it into the fridge 1-2 hour.
