- Place 4 rasgullas in a microsafe bowl.Squeeze out the syrup from them and slice them into half.Set aside.Boil milk under low flame adding 1 tbsp sugar.Stir so that the milk doesn't burn underneath.Make a paste of powder milk and add it to the boiling milk.Add cornflour to thicken the milk stirring continuously and till milk reduced to half.Sprinkle cardamom powder and rose water..
