  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Asafoetida.
  5. You need 1 tsp of chilli powder.
  6. It's 1/2 cup of curd.

Tricolour Thalipeeth step by step

  1. Take a bowl add mix flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, chilli / garlic / ginger paste, curd, salt, chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander,1 tsp ghee, water and make a soft, stiki dough.
  2. Take the butterpaperand take lemon size ball of dough and press with your hand and make thalipith.
  3. Now heat twa and cook thalipith and spread some ghee for few minutes on medium to slow flame.
  4. Now spread some grated carrot, cabbage, coriander in to the circle shape and cover the lid over medium flame for 2 mins.
  5. Tricolour Thalipith is redy to serve.
