- It's 2 cup of mix flour atta (weat flour,gram flour, rice flour, Jawar flour, ragi flour ).
- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli / garlic / ginger paste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Asafoetida.
- You need 1 tsp of chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 cup of curd.
- It's as needed of Ghee.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's as needed of Water.
- You need 1 of finely chopped onion.
- Prepare as needed of For colour :- grated carrot, finely chopped cabbage,.
- It's as needed of Finely chopped coriander.
Tricolour Thalipeeth step by step
- Take a bowl add mix flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, chilli / garlic / ginger paste, curd, salt, chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander,1 tsp ghee, water and make a soft, stiki dough.
- Take the butterpaperand take lemon size ball of dough and press with your hand and make thalipith.
- Now heat twa and cook thalipith and spread some ghee for few minutes on medium to slow flame.
- Now spread some grated carrot, cabbage, coriander in to the circle shape and cover the lid over medium flame for 2 mins.
- Tricolour Thalipith is redy to serve.
