  1. Prepare of prebboiled red rice.
  2. You need of whole white urad / dal.
  3. Prepare of fenugreek seeds.
  4. It's of Salt.
  5. Prepare of onion finely chopped.
  6. You need of green chilli finely chopped.
  7. Prepare of ginger grated.
  8. Prepare of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
  9. It's of To serve.
  10. You need of Coconut coriander chutney.

Red Rice Uttapam step by step

  1. Wash and soak parboiled red rice and whole urad / dal with fenugreek.. for 6 hours. Grind both soak red rice and urad / Dal+ fenugreek in wet grinder to make smooth batter. Add salt and cover and leave for fermentation overnight..or 6-8 hours..
  2. Mix chopped onion, coriander leaves,chilli and grated ginger together.Keep aside. Heat multi snack maker non stick tawa grease each cavity with oil. Pour little uttapam batter in each cavity. Sprinkle onion mixture, sprinkle little oil..as shown. Cook till lower part turns crispy golden,flip and cook another side till the golden..
