Kheer is made by simmering rice in full fat milk until it is cooked. Then it is sweetened and flavored with Hello Jaya, Thank you! Rose water does add flavor but cardamom powder is good enough. I usually don't add anything else other than cardamom powder.

  1. Soak samak rice for 10 minutes..
  2. Boil the milk add samak rice, grinded dry fruits and mix well..
  3. Boil till soft the rice..
  4. Add sugar and essence..
  5. Take a boil. Keep it cool..
  6. Garnish with pista,Rose syrup and silver balls serve chilled..
