Ingredients of Mango Kalakand
- It's 1 kg of Homemade chena-milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of Fresh Mango puree.
- It's 1/4 cup of Milk powder.
- It's 1/4 cup of Powder Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Condensed milk.
- Prepare as needed of Kaju and tooti-fruiti.
- It's 1 tsp of Mango Aroma.
- You need 1 tsp of Desi gheefor greesing.
Mango Kalakand instructions
- Take homemade chhena mash with palm continuously till then soft..
- Add Sugar,Condensed milk and milk powder. Mix well..
- Take non-stick kadai on gas put chhena mixer and saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add fresh Mango Puree stir till then bind well..
- Keep aside for cool.Add mango Mix well..
- Grese plate with ghee put chenna mango bater on it plan it and garnish with Kaju and tooti-fruiti..
- Keep cool on room temperature then after cool in fridge..
- Cut pieces with cutter. Yummy Mango Kalakand is ready..
