- Now roll the dough with a rolling pin and then fold it, repeat this procedure 2 times (Roll it and fold it).
- Now cut it into pieces and take the piece on your palm and make a ball of it and then press it in the center.
- Now balushahi is ready to be fried.
- Now take a kadhai put ghee in it and heat it and drop balushahi to fry them, fry them on low flame and flip sides in 3-4 mins and cook till golden and crispy.
- Now put these balushahi in lukewarm sugar syrup that we made earlier for 2-3 mins and then transfer to plate..
- Now balushahi is ready, Garnish with Chopped Pista!.
