Rabdi Qatayef instructions
- In a bowl mix all the pancake ingredients very well..
- Add milk and water to make pouring consistency batter, shouldn't be watery, cover and rest for 30minutes..
- For making cream, mix all the cream ingredients and cook until it gets thick, switch off the flame and keep to cool..
- After 30minutes mix the pancake batter well..
- On a non stick skillet pour 2tbsp batter and cook for 1 minute, do not flip the pancake..
- Complete the batter and cover the cooked bataye so it will not get dry..
- Now scoop 1-2tsp of the cream filling in the middle of the bataye and pinch the edges together sealing them half..
