Dum Mutton Biryani step by step

  1. For mutton, marination take a bowl add mutton and all marination ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator overnight..
  2. Wash and soak Basmati rice for 1 hour. Take a big pot vessel add water and whole spices and salt bring it to a boil add basmati rice and cook 70% and drain it to a colander.
  3. For Mutton gravy- In a pressure cooker add oil add whole spices once get fragrant add onion and saute. Once get transculent add tomatoes and cook. Add dry masala and saute till oil releases add Mutton marination half coriander mint leaves brown onion fry and 1 cup water and cook it to a 3 whistle.
