Eggless tricolour cake step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree.

  8. Mix colours properly in batter.
  9. In a greased tin first add green colour batter followed by white then saffron batter.
  10. Tap tin 4 - 5 times.
  11. Bake the cake for around 25 -30 mins or once a toothpick inserted in a cake comes out clean.
  12. Once it's done take out from oven.
  13. Place cake on a wire rack and cool in room temperature.
