  11. Prepare 3 tbsp of Curd.
  12. You need 1 of black Cardamom.

  14. You need 2 of green Cardamom.

  1. Take a kadhai. Add some oil let it be hot and then add half onions and fry it till it changes to brown colour. Take it out and keep it aside. Take 4 boiled eggs, prick it with fork and now sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder in eggs and keep it for 10 mins after 10 mins fry it..
  2. Now in the same kadhai add some more oil. When oil is hot add all dry garam masala in it. Let it cook in oil for 1 min and then add remaining onions in it. Once the onions starts changing colour add green chilli and ginger garlic paste in it. After some time add tomato in it. Once the tomatoes are cooked properly add turmeric powder, Redchilli Powder, garammasala and shahi biryani masala in it and mix it properly add some coriander leaves in it. Switch off the gas..
  3. Now transfer the masala in pressure cooker and add curd to it. Mix properly meanwhile wash the rice properly and keep it aside. Now switch on the gas and mix all masala and cook in low flame for 2-3 mins. Add 1 glass water and salt in the masala and mix it. Now place 2 eggs in bottom of the pressure cooker and spread the half fried onions and then rice on top of it and then again put the remaining eggs on top of it.   4. Now add saffron milk on the top and little garam masala on it. Now add remaining 1/4 glass of water in the pressure cooker and put the lid on the pressure cooker. Cook it for 2 whistles in high flame. Switch off the gas and let it cool properly and serve it with salad and raita..
