- Soak chana dal for 1 hour after cleaning in water. Grind and mix rice powder to it to make a batter like that of dosa or idli and keep 10 minutes. Add curd, salt and a pinch of sugar before making pizza..
- In a kadhai add 1 tsp butter, heat lightly and mix chopped lauki, onion and 1tsp fried garlic. Saute for 3 minutes in medium flame without covering. Switch off the flame and keep aside..
- Take the chopped small pieces of carrot, then fried lauki with onion, green capsicum, and lastly chopped tomato in a mixing bowl. Now sprinkle oregano and basil 1/2 tsp each, half grated mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp butter, rest of fried garlic and mix well..
- Take a frying pan, put 1/2 tsp butter and grease evenly. The flame should be low. Take batter and make a medium thick dosa like pizza base..
- Then spread the schezwan sauce evenly on the base. Next spread half of the grated mozzarella cheese and then the veggies spread. Lastly, take the rest of the grated mozzarella cheese spreading well all over the pizza. Now add 1 tsp of melted butter evenly all over the pizza and lightly press with a spatula.
