  1. Soak gram dhal for 10 minutes and cook it pressure cooker. Drain the excess water of the cooked gram dhal add 1cup of jaggery to it, turn well on sim heat untill mixture leaves the vessel, and watery content evaperates. Turn off heat and let it cool..
  2. Grinde the puran Dhal with jaggery in mixer jar WITHOUT ADDING WATER. Add cardamom powder mix well..
  3. Meanwhile keep dough ready by mixing all purpose flour with salt, termeric and sufficent water, let it rest for 30 minutes. Make small balls of puran for filling and maida dough balls for covering..
  4. Make cups from maida dough, fill puran balls, close and make ball shape, flatern them using chapati roller..
  5. Heat the tawa on stove, put flaterned puran poli on tawa, apply oil and bake polis on both sides well on sim heat.PORAN Pees ARE READY..
  6. Aam ras -take out pulp of sweet mangos, grinde in jar by adding pinch of cardamom powder, salt and spoon of jaggery. AAM RAS IS READY. Serve AAM RAS WITH PUURAN POLI..
