Ingredients of Instant Kalakand
- It's 500 grams of fresh paneer grated.
- Prepare 400 grams / 1 tin of condensed milk/milkmaid.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of milk powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped pistachios.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped almonds (optional).
- It's 1 tsp of elaichi powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of ghee.
Instant Kalakand step by step
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a non stick pan on low medium heat..
- Add in the grated paneer, milkmaid and milk powder. Mix it very well..
- Mash and stir continously the mixture or till it thickens..
- Add cardamom powder and mix well..
- Keep stirring and cook for about 10 minutes on low medium flame or till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan..
- Grease a plate with remaining ghee and transfer the mixture to the plate..
- Make a block and level it with the help of spatula..
- Finally add chopped pistachios and almonds, press gently and let the kalakand cool down completely on room temperature..
- Cut it into pieces and enjoy this delicious instant kalakand..
