1. Prepare 1 tsp of desi ghee.
2. You need 1/2 cup of jowar.
3. You need 1/2 cup of sugar.

6. Prepare 4 tsp of chocolate syrup.

1. Heat ghee in a pan, add jowar in it and roast it properly..
2. After cool, grind the jowar coarsely, do not make fine powder..
3. Take a deep vessel add milk in it and keep boiling..
4. Add sugar in it, after that add jowar in it, mix properly..
5. Add cardamom powder in it, simmer the gas and cook it..
6. For assembling Take a glass, pour some chocolate syrup in it, now add phirni on it, sprinkle some rose petals on it..
