- Prepare as needed of Water to soak seeds.

- Cut mangoes put it in blender make with flaxseed and make smooth paste out of it.. if need be can add a teaspoon water mix well. Sugar not needed as mangoes are sweet by itself..
- In a separate bowl add water and the seeds let it soak for half hour it will become big. Add this to the top of the Ras and serve chill..
