  2. Grind the foxnuts coarsely and add to the boiling milk and stir well. Add cardamon powder as well. You can add some whole roasted foxnuts as well..
  3. Let the mixture cook for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring in between..
  4. When the kheer starts to thicken, add Jagger and dry fruits..
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes and if reached to desired consistency, it's ready to serve. Keep stirring as it tends to stick while thickening..
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios and you can serve it either hot or chilled..
