- Take large bowl add boiled baby potatoes add salt,dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, turmeric mix well.
- Now take 1 tbsp oil add potato mixer and roast well until brown colour.
- Now take a big pan add oil add jeera now add tomato and cashew paste saute well add salt, turmeric,garam masala, red chilli paste saute until oil comes now add roasted chickpea powder and curd stir continuous.
- Now add potato and mix well. Garnish with coriander serve with paratha or nan..
