  2. It's 3 tablespoons of sugar.

  4. It's 1 teaspoon of orange food colour.
  5. Prepare 1 drop of vanilla asence.
  6. It's 2 cups of heavy milk.
  7. You need 1 tablespoon of cashew nut paste.
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of cornflour.
  9. Prepare 2 of greaps.
  10. You need 1 of banana finely diced.
  11. You need 1 of apple small diced.

Zaarda and Caswenut Rabri delight step by step

  1. To make zarda: Boil water, add rice and orange food colour, when the rice will be cooked well, remove it from the stove and drain the water..
  2. Then take a pan, add one cup of water,2 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon..Boil well, and it will be thick and become sugar syrup. Then add orange colour rice in it. Cook for 5 minutes in very low heat, then remove it from stove, and keep aside..
  3. To make Rabri: Take a pan,add heavy or thick milk,add 1 teaspoon sugar and caswe nut paste and cook for 10minutes..Then add cornflour with it,and again cook for 5minutes.when the rabri is thicken,rabri is ready...
  4. Take a serving glass-First add zarda,then a layer of rabri,then diced banana and apple,then again zaarda layer,then fruits as shown in the picture I made below..
  5. Serve chill. It's a very yummy dessert..
