- 2nd layer:- heat a non stick pan..add 1 tbspn ghee..add 2-4 tbspn of milk..Mix and then add the powder milk..Mix well add 1tbspn sugar(or according to taste).Add elaichi powder(optional).Cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.Take out the mixture in the layer of sevai made earlier.
