- Prepare 4 of Semi boiled alu.
- Prepare 1 cup of Hung curd.
- You need 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- You need 1 tbsp of Red chilly powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- It's 1 tbsp of Salt.
- Prepare Cube of shaped capsicum 1.

Tandoori Aloo instructions
- First of all chop onions capsicum and potato.
- Now take a bowl add curd,redchilly powder,chat masala,garam masala,salt,sarso oil,ginger garlic paste,and roasted besan and mix well.
- Now mix alu onion and capsicum to the marination mixture and keep it aside for atleast 1 hour,then burn a piece of coal,add it to small bowl and add ghee,put that bowl in marination and cover with lid for smoking flavour..
- After 30 min arrange on skewers.capsicum,onions,potato and repeat..
- Now grill it on electric tandoor or coal tandoor.
- Serve with salad and green chutney.for green chutney mix all the mentioned ingredients and grind it to a chutney condistency..
