Tandoori Aloo instructions

  1. First of all chop onions capsicum and potato.
  2. Now take a bowl add curd,redchilly powder,chat masala,garam masala,salt,sarso oil,ginger garlic paste,and roasted besan and mix well.
  3. Now mix alu onion and capsicum to the marination mixture and keep it aside for atleast 1 hour,then burn a piece of coal,add it to small bowl and add ghee,put that bowl in marination and cover with lid for smoking flavour..
  4. After 30 min arrange on skewers.capsicum,onions,potato and repeat..
  5. Now grill it on electric tandoor or coal tandoor.
  6. Serve with salad and green chutney.for green chutney mix all the mentioned ingredients and grind it to a chutney condistency..
