- First of all prepare the rice and soak the saffron strands in the warm milk..

- Saute it for 30 seconds and then put the chopped onion in it. Cook it till the onion becomes transluscent and then add the ginger garlic chilli paste in it..
- Cook till the raw smell of ginger and garlic has gone. Then add the tomato puree along with the curd, spices and salt..
- When the masala release oil then add the fried Jackfruit in it and cover it for 5 minutes..
- Then add the prepared rice over it and put the soaked saffron milk, fried dry fruits and fried onion over it..
