Ingredients of Aloo Chaat
- It's 3 of potatoes (boiled and peeled).
- It's 1 of onion (chopped).
- It's 1/2 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder / lal mirch powder.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin powder / jeera powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of green chutney.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- You need 3 tsp of yogurt/curd.
- It's 2-3 tbsp of imli(tamarind)chutney.
- You need 2 tsp of pomegranate seeds.
- It's 2 tsp of coriander leaves.
Aloo Chaat step by step
- Pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistle and peel the skin..
- Now, cut the potatoes into cubes..
- Fry the potatoes in 2-3 tbsp of oil. Make sure you don't over mix as the potatoes may break..
- Saute the potatoes till they turn golden brown from all the sides. Now transfer the fried potatoes in another bowl..
- Now add finely chopped onions. And mix it well..
- Also add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix all the ingredients evenly..
- Additionally add green chutney and imli-chutney..
