- Prepare of maida.
- It's of curd.
- It's of beetroot juice.
- You need of ghee.
- You need of baking soda.
- You need of oil for fry.
- You need of sugar.
- Prepare of water.
- You need of chopped pista.
Beetroot Balushahi instructions
- In a mixing bowl add maida, curd, ghee, baking soda, and 3 tablespoons beetroot juice.
- Add required water and make semi tight dough like paratha,rest it by covering for 15 mins..
- Then make small size balls and make hole with finger.
- Heat the oil in pan and deep fry all balls on low flame till crispy..
- In another pan add sugar, water and make 1 string sugar syrup,add 2 tablespoon of beetroot juice..
- Add all fried Balushahi in it and keep it in syrup for 1/2 hours..
- Then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped pistachios..
