- Prepare 1 cup of Bengal gram.

- Prepare 2-3 inch of Dry coconut.

- Take a bangale gram wash it nicely and soak it. Next boil it with jaggery 3 whistle & smash it well..
- Next step take a coconut & onion fry it on direct on flame. Next fine grand paste. Make a paste of tuminder paste..
- Next step take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seed, Cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, garlic paste, onion fry it well add granded paste of onion coconut, tuminder paste fry nicely..
- Next step add turmeric powder salt Cumin coriander powder, gram masala,red chilli powder mix it well. Next add boiled Bengal gram with jaggery mix and boil it well enoug & serve it with rice..
