Sambhar instructions
- Firstly assemble all ingredients together..
- In a pan firstly add oil when oil gets hot add jeera, curry leaves, garlic paste next add onions and cook for 10 min till onion changes colour then add dal and all spices mix well lastly add potatoes, tamarind water and coriander leaves.
- Add 2 cups of water in sambhar and on slow flame cook till it boils.
- Serve it by Garnishing with desiccated coconut.
- Note:- I used tomato at the time of boiling dal so I skipped it. You can use it in sambhar.
