Samosa with potato curry step by step

  1. Put a pan on medium.flame on gas put 1spoon oil in it when it is heated add fenhruick seeds it sizzle add pealed and mashed potato in the pan add salt and all the spices and coriander leaves saute it for 6to 7mins keep it aside and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl Add maida salt and oil and required water to make a soft dough.
  3. Make small balls give it round shape cut the circle from the middle with a knief and give it a cone shape put the potato filling in the cone with a spoon in half quantity and fold the corners tightly to give it a round base.
  4. Put a pan on medium flame on gas and Fry samosas in the hot oil till it turns golden brown.
  5. Put a pan on medium flame add one spoon oil put fenugreek seeds in hot oil.
  6. When it sizzles add, green chilli, pealed and chopped potatoes salt and all the spices.
  7. And saute it.
  8. When the oil comes out put water and coriander leaves in it.

The samosas were excellent the only changes I made was using regula curry powder and I used wonton wrappers instead. I think I would add even more.
