Biryani step by step

  1. Take a pan and heat oil to it. Add potato and cauliflower to it..
  2. Saute it for some time..

  8. Add all the saute vegetables to it and fry it for 1-2 minutes..
  9. Add all the spices to it and mix it well..
  10. Now once the vegetables are cooked add rice to it and mix it all together..
  11. Add 2 cups of water to the rice.
  12. Give it 2 whistles..
  13. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot..
