  1. Take a wok and heat oil then add asafoetida, cumin seeds and all the dry spices and then add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt and mix it all well. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool. Sieve all-purpose flour now add 2 tablespoon refined oil and give it moyan. Add water and make a fine dough. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
