Ingredients of Egg Biryani

  1. You need 1 kg of rice.
  2. You need 1 kg of potatoes.
  3. It's 4 of Eggs.
  4. It's 200 ml of oil.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of garlic ginger paste.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of saffron colour.
  10. It's 1/2 litre of water.
  11. It's To taste of Salt.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of Briyani masala.

Egg Biryani instructions

  1. First cook rice in water till it becomes soft and then strain it... Then heat water in a container and boil the eggs and peel off the shell...cook the split bengal gram in a different container with water and soften it....
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry potatoes with saffron colour and all masalas...add some water to make it soft...when it becomes soft keep it aside....
  3. Now again heat some oil in a Kadhai and fry the boiled eggs then keep it aside....
  4. Now place the rice,potatoes,split bengal gram in layers.first rice at the bottom then potatoes and bengal gram and then again rice.....
  5. Now spread saffron colour mixed with milk,rose water,meetha attar and the biryani masala, then put some oil on top of rice...and place the eggs....
  6. Now cover it with a cloth and then close the lid and let it cook for 10 mins... on medium flame...
  7. Tasty egg biryani is ready....
