Ingredients of Egg Biryani
- You need 1 kg of rice.
- You need 1 kg of potatoes.
- It's 4 of Eggs.
- It's 200 ml of oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of garlic ginger paste.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of saffron colour.
- It's 1/2 litre of water.
- It's To taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Briyani masala.
Egg Biryani instructions
- First cook rice in water till it becomes soft and then strain it... Then heat water in a container and boil the eggs and peel off the shell...cook the split bengal gram in a different container with water and soften it....
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry potatoes with saffron colour and all masalas...add some water to make it soft...when it becomes soft keep it aside....
- Now again heat some oil in a Kadhai and fry the boiled eggs then keep it aside....
- Now place the rice,potatoes,split bengal gram in layers.first rice at the bottom then potatoes and bengal gram and then again rice.....
- Now spread saffron colour mixed with milk,rose water,meetha attar and the biryani masala, then put some oil on top of rice...and place the eggs....
- Now cover it with a cloth and then close the lid and let it cook for 10 mins... on medium flame...
- Tasty egg biryani is ready....
