  7. It's 1 drop of Food colour orange and green.

  9. Prepare 1/2 litre of full cream milk.
  10. You need 4 tsp of sugar.
  11. It's 1 drop of Green food colour.
  12. Prepare 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
  13. It's 3 of : For Chenna.
  14. Prepare 1 litre of milk.
  15. Prepare 4 tsp of lemon juice.
  16. You need 4 tsp of sugar.
  17. It's 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
  18. You need 4 of : For Gajar Halwa.
  19. It's 250 gm of gajar.
  20. It's 1/2 cup of Milk.
  21. It's 3 tsp of Ghee.
  22. It's 50 gm of Mawa.
  23. You need 4 tsp of sugar.
  24. You need 2 tsp of cashew pieces.
  25. Prepare 1 pinch of cardamom powder.

Tricolor Mohanbhog Fusion step by step

  1. For Milkcake, take a iron pan,boil full cream milk in it.Keep stirring continuously and reduce milk to half the quantity.Then add alum powder and keep stirring continuously.Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Slowly milk changes to granular consistency and colour starts changing to light brown.When whole milk becomes thick and granular and brown in colour put off the flame.Milkcake is ready..
  2. Divide the milkcake into three parts.To two parts add green and orange color and leave the third part in original brown color.With green and orange milkcakes make cylindrical rods and balls.
  3. For Vasundi, take full cream milk in steel pan. Boil milk and keep stirring.keep on scratching the sides of pan to get vasundi lachha.Stir till milk reduces to one fourth.Add sugar, cardamom powder and green color.stir a little and then put off the flame.Lachhadar Vasundi is ready. cool it..
  4. For Chenna,boil milk.Add lemon juice and stir.water seperates.seive to get white soft chenna.when hot add sugar and cardamom powder to chenna.keep mashing all ingredients till soft sweet Chenna in dough form is obtained.
  5. For gajar halwa,peel carrots and with grater grate them.Heat a steel pan,boil milk,add grated carrots.stir for some time.when all water evaporates then add mawa.stir for something so that mawa mixes properly.add sugar and cardamom powder.stir for sometimes.Add cashew pieces. Gajar halwa is ready.
  6. For Tricolor Mohan bhog Fusion take a dish. First set a layer of brown milkcake.Then place a layer of sweet white chenna. Then in upper part of dish scrape little sweet chenna and milkcake layer till bottom and fill that place with gajar halwa as shown in picture. Then make boundary of gajar halwa with orange milkcake cylindrical rods as shown in picture.Make small balls of orange milkcake and decorate the boundary..
  7. In center part of dish place sweet chenna ball and decorate it as shown in picture.
  8. In lower part of dish again scrape sweet chenna and milkcake layer till bottom and fill that place with green vasundi.
