Tricolor Hummus instructions

  1. For Normal Hummus: 1. Chop ginger, garlic & chickpea in chopper. This will help in grinding the paste nicely in mixer 2. In mixer add chopped ginger, garlic, chickpea, tahini paste,olive oil, salt & little yogurt & grind it to make a thick paste. After grinding add olive oil & whisk it nicely. Serve with pita bread / normal & multigrain khaboose..

  4. When you boil chickpea put salt & boil. Drain & keep separate for 1 hour so there is no water left& you will get good texture of hummus when you grind 2. If you don't like garlic you can avoid it. If u want to add lemon then avoid yogurt. With lemon juice hummus spoil soon but with yogurt you can enjoy 2-3 days. Store in refrigerator 3.
