  1. Take a mixing bowl add semolina, curd,cabbage, carrot, tomato, salt, ginger, coconut and green chilli paste mix well add water to make thick batter. Keep aside for two minutes..
  2. Check the consistency. Add water if required. The batter should be thick. Add baking powder and mix well..
  3. Heat a non stick tawa/pan on a high heat. Sprinkle water and wipe with a cloth..
  4. Pour a spoonful of batter and spread evenly to make Mini Uttapam. Make four Uttapam in a one time.Cook it on a medium heat. Pour some oil/ghee/butter on the top and sides..
  5. One it is cooked from one side, flip it and cook it from another side too. Transfer to a serving plate..
