- Pressure cook potatoes 2 whistles.Open lid after 5 minutes and check softness with a fork.Peel them and prick all potatoes so that masala enters inside.Heat mustard oil and fry the potatoes smearing little turmeric and salt.Make a paste of ginger,cashewnuts,melon seeds,curd,thick cream and tomato puree.Heat oil and fry the potatoes.
