Vegetable Biryani instructions

  1. Heat cooker, add oil and ghee..
  2. Add whole spices, onions and green chillies and fry until golden brown colour..
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until raw smell gone. Then add all vegetables, salt Turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for 5 minutes..
  4. Add one cup of water and cook for 10 minutes to soften the veggies.
  5. Add basmati rice and garam masala and curd adjust salt according to taste and add water (for one cup basmati rice one cup water is enough) and pudina kothimira close the lid and cook on high flame for 2 whistles.
  6. After 2 whistles off the flame and leave for 30 minutes then open and stir from the bottom. Enjoy.
