- Prepare 500 gm of besan(gram flour).
- It's 500 gm of sugar.
- Prepare 5 tbsp of Ghee.
- It's 1 cup of milk.
- It's 1 tsp of Elaichi ( cardamom)powder.

- Take 2 cups besan and add 5 tbsp ghee. Mix this well..
- Now add 1 cup slowly and gradually into a semi soft dough..
- It's ready and now keep it at rest for 15 minutes..
- After 15 minutes, we made muthiyas with the dough...
- Now take ghee in pan for frying these muthiyas..
- Now fry these muthiyas in ghee. Fry till they get golden brown in colour on low flame. Then after frying remove them in a bowl..
- Let them cool for a while till then make sugar syrup for barfi...
- For sugar surup we take 500 gm sugar and 1 cup water in a vessel. Then we mix them till the sugar dissolves. Make do taar ki chashni. Add ealichi powder and mix well.
- Now break the muthiyas into smaller pieces. Then in mixer grinder grind muthiyas into fine mixture..
- Now take a sugar syrup in a pan. Now add the muthiya powder in sugar surup. Then add milk powder to it. Mix all these ingredients together..
- Now take a greased tin or tray to set the barfis. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin. Then garnish it with some almonds and cashew nuts..
- Leave it for about an hour so as to it set the barfi properly. After one hour cut the barfis in equal pieces..
